Shipping

When will my order Ship?

Our TAT is typically 14 business days (Embroidery is 24), BUT I prefer to knock orders out before the TAT; it depends on how busy we are.

Weekends and holidays don’t count.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is completed and dropped off at the post office, shipping times typically are:

  • 3–5 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Please keep in mind that shipping time does not include the time it takes to make your order.

As a one-woman business, I truly appreciate your patience while I create something special just for you! 🤍

If you ever need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out before placing your order, and I’ll do my best to accommodate when possible.

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are handmade to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery, and I will gladly work with you to make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there is any issue with your order, please message me within 3 days of receiving your package with photos of the item and packaging. I will take care of you!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

How should I care for my items?

To keep your items looking their best:

  • Wash on cold
  • Turn inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid bleach

Handmade items are delicate, so proper care will help them last longer.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Hammond, Louisiana. Details will be provided at checkout or via message.
